However, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or inconvenience caused by reliance on inaccurate material contained in this Site.
Neither Icarus Games, nor those who helped create, produce, deliver, and/or maintain the Site are responsible for any damages that may result from your use of the Site.
This includes direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages. Therefore, you are entirely responsible for the consequences of your use of the Site.

Certain links, including hypertext links, in our Site will take you outside our Site. Ecommerce Terms & Conditions
Icarus Games, who help manage and maintain the official www.icarusminiatures.com website (referred to as “We”, “Our” and “Us” in these terms) suggest that the customer (referred to as “You” and “Your” in these terms) should spend some time in reading through these terms of trading. By entering a purchase transaction with Icarus Games you automatically agree to our Terms and Conditions.
Our Terms and Conditions are liable for change at any time without notice.
Prices
Prices are those ruling at the date of dispatch and are subject to alteration as may be necessary. Prices and delivery costs are inclusive of VAT based on the current UK rate where applicable.
Kickstarter
With regard to products supplied via the Kickstarter platform, we confirm that Kickstarter and its Payment Partners will remove their fees before transmitting proceeds of a campaign to Icarus Games. Part payment will therefore be made to Kickstarter.
Payment
Payment will be in the form of an electronic transaction. Once the payment is accepted, notification will be sent to both parties. Payment will be in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Cancellations
Cancellations prior to dispatch will be accepted on standard items. Cancellations will not be accepted once goods have been dispatched. For special order or non-standard items, cancellations will not be accepted.
Delivery
Delivery is charged at cost based on the weight of the order. We continually review postage charges and alternative carriers to offer you the most competitive rate available. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them but dispatch dates may vary depending on stock availability and public holidays. All deliveries will not require a signature unless specified at point of order.
Please note delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed and maybe subject to circumstances out of the control of Icarus Games. Icarus Games does not accept claims for loss due to late delivery. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure someone is present at the time of delivery to receive the goods.
Shortages or Damages
Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery in order for any rectifications to be made.
Returns
Where goods have been ordered in error or are not received as expected, Icarus Games may agree to their return and a refund minus postage and packaging on the following conditions:

Returns authorisation must be requested within 48 hours of receipt of goods. The reference number received with this authorisation must then be quoted on any accompanying documentation in relation to the returned goods.

Goods must then be returned within 7 days from receipt of authorisation.

Goods must be returned unused; in perfect, saleable condition, and in their original packaging.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange for the return carriage and to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged so as to avoid damage in transit. Icarus Games accepts no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit to us. We strongly recommend that proof of purchase or despatch is acquired by the buyer prior to return.
For any goods returned as faulty, goods will be inspected before any refunds or replacements will be made. This does not affect your statutory rights.
