Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail from the UK. 

Typically delivery times are 3-4 business days for destinations in Europe and 5-7 business days for destinations in the rest of the world, but there may be delays beyond our control.

When your order is marked as dispatched you will be emailed a tracking number which you can use to follow the progress of your order as it makes its way to you.

For orders that contain physical and digital products, it may take up to 48 hours for digital elements to be added to your account. You will receive an email with a download link when the digital files are ready.

Returns & Damages

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email info@icarus-games.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number, shipping tracking number, and pictures of the damages. This will allow us to open an insurance claim and begin the process of sending out any necessary replacement items. In the event you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it for a refund, you shall be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).
